Goal
Peptide Clinic Guide aims to keep directory information aligned with verifiable public sources and clear platform labelling. This page describes how correction requests are handled at a high level. Detail on editorial standards and contact guidance is on Methodology, Editorial Policy, and Contact.
How to report
Email support@peptideclinicguide.co.uk. Use a clear subject line and an address that identifies you where relevant. Include:
- The page URL and what you believe is wrong.
- What you think it should say, if you can state it precisely.
- Links or references to public sources that support the change (for example the clinic’s own site, a regulator page, or Companies House), where applicable.
We cannot act on anonymous rumour or unverifiable third-party claims as the basis for core factual records.
What we prioritise
- Clear factual errors (wrong name, wrong link, outdated public register reference).
- Mismatches between the profile and cited public sources.
- Safety-relevant inaccuracies in how services are described in our neutral summary (handled carefully and without turning the site into medical advice).
What we may do
We may update text, links, review dates, or labels; ask for more evidence; or decline a change if it cannot be supported publicly or would breach our non-endorsement and accuracy standards.
Corrections supported by public evidence are treated as editorial maintenance, not as a promotional purchase. Paid or enhanced visibility, if ever offered, is governed separately — see Commercial Disclosure.
Timelines
We aim to acknowledge serious factual reports in a reasonable time. We do not guarantee a fixed turnaround; volume and verification work vary.
What we typically will not do
- Replace public-source baseline facts with marketing copy that cannot be checked.
- Remove neutral uncertainty labels or disclosure language simply because they are inconvenient.
- Grant regulatory-style approval or endorsement in return for a correction request.
