Who operates this site
This website is published under the name Peptide Clinic Guide at PeptideClinicGuide.co.uk. It is aimed at a UK audience and can be contacted at support@peptideclinicguide.co.uk. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
What this site collects
The site is mostly static HTML with minimal JavaScript (main.js) for navigation and reading progress. We do not load third-party advertising tags, analytics scripts (such as Google Analytics), or similar marketing tools. Our scripts do not set cookies for tracking or advertising.
We do not run user accounts, a clinic portal, or on-site submission forms at present. If you email us, you choose what to include in that message.
Map pages (for example the homepage map) load map tiles from OpenStreetMap infrastructure when you view them. Your browser requests those tiles from third-party servers; that is normal for embedded maps. We do not control OpenStreetMap’s infrastructure — see the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy for how they describe their handling of technical data.
Hosting may create server logs (for example IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps) as part of delivering pages. We use that kind of data only for operating and securing the site, not for profiling or ad targeting.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use cookies or local storage in our own scripts for analytics, personalisation, or advertising. If your browser stores small amounts of data (for example session cookies) as part of normal HTTPS or hosting, that is incidental to how the web works — we are not using it to run ad-tech or analytics products on this site.
If we ever add non-essential cookies or analytics, we will update this page and, where required, use a proportionate consent approach — we do not intend to add complex tracking layers while the site stays low-overhead.
How information is used
Server log data, where retained, is used for site availability, security, and fixing technical issues. If you email support, your message is used only to review the enquiry, handle corrections or clinic representative enquiries, and reply where needed. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Please do not send unnecessary medical information or other sensitive personal data unless it is genuinely needed for the specific issue you are raising.
UK privacy rights
Depending on the situation, UK data protection law may give you rights such as access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. If you want to exercise a right, email support@peptideclinicguide.co.uk. We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Changes
If our data practices change, this page will be updated. That includes any future move beyond the current low-data model, such as analytics, accounts, or on-site submission forms.
